I hired Scott Bieniek for a termination of child support court hearing. Court hearing kept getting postponed for various reasons. He ended up helping me handle the situation without the hearing, for which I was grateful. When I called and he wasn't in, he always called back as soon as possible. I also consulted him for advice on parenting time issues a few years back, he gave solid, practical advice - probably saved me money and drama. I recommend Scott and his staff.

I recently hired Scott Bieniek and am highly satisfied with his work. I would recommend him to anyone needing an attorney! He was professional, informative, meticulous, punctual, transparent and communicated when necessary. I spoke to him on the phone, got him all of the documents he needed from me, signed his contract, sent him my retainer, and within 24 hours- he had my case filed with the courts.

Scott is also living in 2022 when it comes to technology. He was able to send me every document and contract via e-mail and I was able to sign what was needed in the comfort of my home.

Billing was completed in a timely manner and my remaining balance in my retainer was returned days after my case was closed. I also felt his hours were billed fairly- especially since I know he worked on my case after his office hours.

His paralegal, Trisha Fulford, was also very friendly, helpful and informative when I asked her questions about my case. I always looked forward to calling because I knew she would get me answers before we hung up.

They are truly a wonderful team and I will use Scott again if I ever need an attorney!

Scott is exceptional! He is a very down to earth, humble person who sincerely cares about the people he represents and the work he does. I went through a year long divorce and Scott was more than helpful every step of the way. He is extremely intelligent and will never steer you in the wrong direction. He often said "You pay me too much for me to not be honest with you." I greatly appreciated his sincerity and dedication. I have had friends who have complained about paying expensive attorney fees for lawyers who seem as if they don't even care. Scott was definitely not that way!
