I had a long marriage (22 years) that wasn’t working anymore, with one teenager and a college kid. I married my spouse in France before moving to the US and we both signed a prenuptial agreement in France.

When it came to dissolve our marriage, things went completely crazy, unreasonable, and nasty. My wife still walked away with a decent deal, but much lower than I had anticipated in the first place and certainly not at 50%.

I first contacted Allyson in July of 2021. I had lived out of state for the ten years following my divorce and wanted to move to Arizona and get 50/50 custody of my daughters, as their home life was unhealthy. Nice, kind folks at this firm. Not the bulldogs you need in a court room setting. We felt our attorney was not prepared despite giving her every piece of information necessary. We had a major setback in our case and our attorney didn't know what to do or what to ask at that point. It was disheartening and disappointing.
