I hired Dan Beeks from Bishop Del Vecchio & Beeks Law Office to represent me during my divorce. Dan (and the rest of his team - Jessica & Carolyn) did an excellent job representing me and always responded quickly to my questions. He was extremely helpful in representing me in the mediation I had with my ex-wife. His goal was always to represent me and my interests first, while also being considerate of keeping the costs down and also helped me reach a final settlement with my ex-wife without having to go back to mediation a second time. I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone seeking an attorney to represent them in a divorce.

I had a long marriage (22 years) that wasn’t working anymore, with one teenager and a college kid. I married my spouse in France before moving to the US and we both signed a prenuptial agreement in France.

When it came to dissolve our marriage, things went completely crazy, unreasonable, and nasty. To summarize the key points: my wife was challenging the validity of our prenuptial agreement and she was requesting 50% of my wealth, spouse maintenance, child support and custody, plus the payment of my oldest child college tuition.

I requested the service of Bill Bishop to help and represent me. Bill was very thorough and professional. He advised me on how to deal with the situation, and he clearly explained me what to expect (good or bad). Validating my French prenuptial agreement in Arizona was the first part of this battle. He went above and beyond to get a solid case. The prenuptial agreement was validated: it was a first in Arizona.

Following that big win, Dan Beeks took over my case to drive things through mediation then to the finish line. Dan is very experienced in dealing with unreasonable parties. He was driving the negotiation with professionalism, honesty and fairness, while being tough overall. In the end, the outcome came above my expectations. My wife still walked away with a decent deal, but much lower than I had anticipated in the first place and certainly not at 50%.

A divorce is a very tough emotional process. With Bill and Dan, I really felt that I had a team behind me, supporting my actions and decisions for the best outcome possible. I would recommend Dan am Bill in a heart beat.

I interviewed several attorneys when I decided to divorce, worked with Allyson, and still feel I did the right thing after my divorce is finalized for a year. Allyson and Jackie are very professional and responsive. Allyson is not a sugar-coating attorney, instead, she would understand my situation and patiently explains the law to me. She would not be unnecessarily aggressive, but will fight very hard for the best! Anyway, I appreciate all her work. Divorce is an emotionally exhaustive process and I hope everyone could find a great law team to help you and guide you through this difficult time. I luckily found mine. Wish all the best to the ones who are seeing this comment.

I first contacted Allyson in July of 2021. I had lived out of state for the ten years following my divorce and wanted to move to Arizona and get 50/50 custody of my daughters, as their home life was unhealthy. Allyson, from the beginning, was upfront and realistic about expectations and guided me through moving and filing a motion to alter the original agreement. Throughout the next 17 months, my case became more and more complicated, but Allyson was always prepared for our meetings or filings, and when she was working on my case, I always felt like her top priority. As of November 2022, my girls live with me full-time and are on a path to healing. Allyson, Jackie, Carolyn, and everyone else at the firm were all kind, understanding, and professional. I could not recommend Allyson enough, and though I hope not to need her again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact her for future child custody issues.

Bishop, Del Vecchio and Beeks Law provided me with excellent, compassionate service during my divorce. Allyson and Jackie listened, advised and above all, remained patient and understanding during a turbulent and emotionally difficult time. Their patience was a great asset during their guidance since I was not always receptive at the outset to hear less than favorable news. But Allyson calmly explained the law, the requirements by statute and ultimately got me to a fair and just resolution to the end of my marriage. It was a good compromise in full compliance of the law and one that did not create additional issues with my prior partner. I will always appreciate their hard work on my behalf. I will always recommend their services.

Nice, kind folks at this firm. Not the bulldogs you need in a court room setting. We felt our attorney was not prepared despite giving her every piece of information necessary. We had a major setback in our case and our attorney didn't know what to do or what to ask at that point. It was disheartening and disappointing. A good attorney could have put up a fight despite the change in direction. The money we spent was not commensurate with the representation we received.

I hired Heather, from Bishop Law Office, last March. Heather, and her paralegal Kim, are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helped me manage through a challenging divorce without missing a beat. She was ALWAYS available, regardless of time/day to discuss and review my case. She also was very cognizant of the spend to help keep fees down. She is one of the best legal writers I have seen and know for a fact the court judges use her material.

I am fortunate that I hired her and would highly recommend her services for anyone that wants an honest, professional, and aggressive attorney!

Thank you Heather, Kim, and Bishop Law Firm!!!

Hiring Bishop Law Office to represent me in my marriage dissolution was the best decision I could have made. Bill Bishop's expertise, client management and negotiating skills are quite frankly: Far superior to other law firms (at least the 5 other law firms that my former spouse hired and fired throughout my dissolution). The amount of time, energy and assets the Bishop Law Office saved me was SUBSTANTIAL.
