In our very first meeting with Randall Zromkoski, we could tell immediately of his sincere interest in our son, his situation, and what he was facing. Randy's sincerity at the outset and through this entire process was so much appreciated. His kindness and patience with our son and with us will never be forgotten. His genuine concern for our son's well-being and the conviction that he displayed instilled an unwavering confidence in all of us to pursue this matter. Randy's diligence and keen attention to detail kept us well informed and on track from beginning to the end of this appeal for disability benefits, which ultimately lead to a face to face hearing in front of a judge who ruled in our son's favor. We are so thankful that we became aware of Randy and his years of experience with disability cases. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an attorney to pursue disability benefits, appealing a denial of benefits and in need of a consultation to contact Randy at their earliest opportunity. We feel we not only gained a highly competent disability attorney to fight for our son, but we also gained a friend. Angel Zromkoski was also with us from the beginning to the end; always attentive to our questions and concerns with extremely prompt replies. Her concern and kindness during this stressful time will also never be forgotten.

Fifty four years old, has lived in Valparaiso as of January 1976, worked since detassling corn at the age of fifteen, college educated, and by my calculations that were completed this past September , most likely penniless and homeless by Valentines day. An accident in November 2018 ultimately led to me existing in the black void of not being able to physically/mentally work while simultaneously not being able to qualify for SSI. Denied multiple times, I was honestly terrified of where my life and where the quality of that life were headed.

Had consultations with two other local disability attorneys, each offered to take my case (and my money) and both made sure to make it abundantly clear to me that mine was a tough case and not to hold out much hope.

When I initially met with Attorney Zromkowski, he also agreed that my case was a tricky one , likely notn winnable , but Randyโ€™s advice, unlike the others was not to lessen hope, but rather that we have a challenge in front of us, and for us to be successful in this challenge we will need to do the following. We went on to discuss what eventually became our plan/strategy to ultimately gain and be qualified for the benefits I have greatly needed and will need for the remainder. Plus I recall noticing that Randy was asking me tons of questions and discussing pertaining issues that the other two attys. didn't even care to raise.

Working with Randy is quite painless, communication was clear and often, I never had to play phone tag or chase him down for any reason. Every appt. was kept and on time. I liked that Randy had no problem meeting in person as opposed to electronically. Always professional, always took the time and had the patience to work with me on issues with the case or when I was unclear on any certain matter. As I worked with Randy I was also impressed by not only his legal abilities but by his knowledge/experience towards all the medical involved with my case, tricky waters Im glad he could navigate.

The world of disability approval I have found is a strange world .Taking years and along with some neuro specialists and more in depth testing I finally was validated and had a diagnosis. But prior to that all the doctors that WC. sent me to and then the doctors/specialists SSI wanted me to see , then complete all the testing that SSI requires, but heres the thing, endure all this while the doctors and nurses all have one eyebrow raised in certain suspicion. To see a medical professional(s) with my fingers crossed , prayers prayed and hopes that some sort of relief is in the near future or maybe, just maybe finally a diagnosis , all just to be somewhat written off and treated as an adversary or be called a malingerer instead of a patient. After awhile the constant doubt and ridicule towards my disabilities started to have an adverse effect, my depression deepened and I started doubting myself and worse , doubting in any kind of future. The inspiring factor for me was simply that Randy believed in me and trusted I was in earnest, that grew my resolve and lifted my spirits immensely. Finally other than family , I had someone in my corner willing to work and scrap just as hard as I was at obtaining my benefits.

I am very pleased and so incredibly relieved to pass along that shortly before Christmas I was informed Attorney Zromkowski had won my case /hearing and I was awarded full benefits with full retro pay. Cant ask for more than that!

Ive learned so much from this ordeal, but what is absolutely paramount should you find yourself needing an SSI Atty is that your legal representation is actually experienced and practiced in fighting for disability benefits. Im absolutely certain, that if Id hired either one of the attorneys I first spoke with, Id lost my hearing and my claim. Many attorneys list and offer SSI denial as a legal service, make sure to retain one who actually does it, day in, day out.
Attorney Zromkowski never promised that we would win, he just promised that we would do everything possible to do so.

Ample parking.

I'm in need of an attorney for some legal help, I spoke w an assistant for one of the partners and from the beginning she was discouraging me so i wouldn't go to this law firm. She said isn't there someone else you (me) could go to? She didn't want to be bothered with my situation. I got the hint and ended the call. Please don't go to this law firm, you will waste time and money!!!

For my disability case I worked closely with Randy. He's very insightful and informative of the process that you'll go through! He's a realist which I respect because not everything is going to go perfect or as fast as we would all like! I can tell you this not only did I win my case but I got to watch Randy in his element and trust me without a lawyer to help you may miss court dates and deadlines ...have u ever wrote an appeal ? No... me either but my lawyer did! Listen if you're debating or you just don't even know where to go to find information about disability and what to do with the process ...just give Randy a call! You will not regret it !

I used Randy for my disability and Jeffrey Wrage for an employee problem and he handled it out any problems and fast . But My Mother-in-law used Scott Bosac I recommend using another Attorney. Went against what I believe to be true not worth what you pay for slow unresponsive and no bodyโ€™s time matters but his ! ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿคฌ

All I can say is that all of the attorneys in that firm have the same work ethic and and courtesy !

Randy was very compassionate and helped my daughter attain SSI. We had been struggling for years and he was able to help her feel comfortable enough to go to court without her parents. We would recommend him to anyone that needs a straight forward and competent lawyer!

I recommend Randal Zromkoski to fight for your SSDI. He was so professional, but also caring. He made sure to ask all the questions and get everything that was needed together. I really did nothing but show up for our appointments. He is great. Thanks so much again.

Betrayed Trust: Advocating for Veterans' Rights and Honoring Our Commitments!!

In today's society, it is essential that we safeguard the rights and well-being of our brave men and women who have dedicated their lives to serving their country. Veterans, especially those with disabilities resulting from their service, deserve the utmost respect, support, and adequate representation when seeking VA disability benefits. However, the tale of my encounter with your firm left me disheartened and frustrated.

This reply aims to shed light on the challenges faced by me as a combat veterans and the importance of genuine commitment and transparency when dealing with my case.

Having legal representation is not just a matter of routine paperwork; it signifies a partnership built on trust, responsibility and a shared goal of advocating for the rights of veterans. When I engaged your firm to handle my VA disability benefits case, I expected the utmost care, efficiency, and dedication in pursuing a successful outcome. Unfortunately, the experience I encountered was far from what one would hope for.

Negligence and Lack of Communication:
For an entire year, my assigned lawyer failed to procure the necessary paperwork from the VA, leaving it untouched and overlooked in her inner office inbox. During that time, there was no apology, explanation, or effort made by the firm to rectify this oversight or pursue my case further. Ultimately, I received unexpected news that the firm would no longer represent me, leaving me without apparent reason or closure.

Following the abrupt termination of my representation, I turned to another organization for assistance. To my astonishment, this organization was able to make significant strides in my case, resulting in a 100% rating increase within less than a year. This instance not only highlighted the shortcomings and indifference of the previous firm(yours) but also showcased the potential positive impact that genuine commitment and effective representation can have on veterans' lives.

The Ethical Responsibility of Legal Firmsโ€ฆ.
It is my duty as a veteran to ensure that other combat veterans are not taken advantage of, as they have already paid an enormous price for their service. Legal firms such as yours must recognize that their actions, or lack thereof, can have a profound impact on veterans' lives. Choosing to represent a veteran creates a bond of trust, dedication, and shared responsibility. By knowingly mishandling, neglecting, or disregarding a case, not only erodes that trust but also undermines the dignity and rights of the veteran.

Combat veterans, especially those with disabilities, deserve to have their rights protected and their cases pursued with utmost diligence and care. My unfortunate experience with your firm highlighted the importance of genuine commitment, communication, and transparency in serving those who have served our country. As a society, we must hold organizations accountable for their actions and ensure that our veterans are treated with the respect, dignity, and advocacy they rightfully deserve.
