Devin is incredible! We had a partnership with 24 members that needed to be dissolved and absorbed into two new companies, a series LLC and a C corp. He educated us all through the process and took care of everything. Best of all, he came to us. He often came to our office so we didn't have to miss work and even came to my house a few times to I could sign papers without missing deadlines. He was great with both my kids and treated us with great respect.
