After searching for a attorney to possibly represent a claim I have against my employer.
I was turned down by a few. Blackstone Law was one of the first I sent my information to validate my claim.
Josh Ayala called me and informed me that after careful review of my situation that the attorneys have decided to represent me in my case against my employer.
This is the first step and Josh was very informative and courteous to my needs.
I do look forward to having Blackstone Law move forward with my case. If all the staff is as commutative and determined as Josh I feel I have made a good decision in having this Law team on my side.

With my current situation and with all the other law firms I had consultations with regarding my case, I can say that Blackstone was hands down the most transparent and efficient with communication and feeling that they genuinely want to assist me. The person who did my consultation Angie was very empathetic and patient with me during my lengthy consultation. The intake specialist Josh was very enthusiastic, direct and made me feel like Blackstone genuinely wants to help make right of my case against my previous employer. I had some questions regarding the retainer contract and the CFO of the law firm, Jeremy took his time out of his day to call me and answer the questions I had. This firm was a night and day difference from some of the other law firms I have spoken with!

So far my experience with Blackstone Law has been great. Joshua Ayala did my intake and he was very patient and kind. He really listened to my story and made me feel like he cared. I did not have that kind of experience with other law firms.

This has been my first experience with the situation I'm going through and I feel relieved and confident that regardless of the outcome this firm has my back and supports me.
Josh Ayala did my intake and I recall the first day I spoke to him, and every other conversation since, making me feel heard; I didn't realize until then how alone I'd felt in the experience I was having, and how good it would feel to start the process of seeking help: again, no matter the outcome.
I think people can be too afraid or hopeless to seek legal aid and it's a shame. Don't be afraid to seek help, because its better to know whether there is a legal path or not. Either way you get to speak up and out and it will help you open the door to overcoming you're harmful, painful experience.
I'm grateful to Josh and the entire Blackstone firm for doing what they do.

I would give this law firm more than five stars. Even though they were not ultimately able to help me with my workplace case. Mia was the person who conducted my consultation ,I was so upset and confused about the situation I was going through. I felt super alone and intimidated, Mia she spoke to me and helped me feel safe and able to explain my story and feel heard. You can’t pay for that type of care. She answered all my questions and contacted me to kept me updated on the case. I would recommend this law firm to anyone and if I ever need help ,I will call them again. I truly appreciate Mia and this law firm.
