If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have been working with Zack Block for the past 18 months, navigating the many wins and challenges that go along with founding and running a nonprofit organization. I met Zack years ago in another capacity where I was able to observe his leadership skills, his amazing knack for working with others, and his ability to build a well-known, very respectable community of leaders and volunteers. Years later, I reached out to him to assist me with all things nonprofit management - including team management, goal-setting & execution, organizational (re)structuring, problem-solving, and executive leadership. Anytime I needed him to help me work through an issue, he’s ALWAYS made himself available. He not only works with me 1:1 (in-person or Zoom), but he always followups with valuable resources such as online links, draft plans, research, or introductions to people who can help me work through whatever I’m dealing with. He has been an amazing consultant, however, I value him more as a coach, therapist, and dear friend.
