The staff was very efficient and helpful. The rooms were clean and very reasonable. Tuesday night was a slow night and was really fun, with spots available at the roulette wheel all night. Drinks are very cheap compared to Indianapolis area casinos. Did not have much luck with the slots we played, but the roulette wheel was friendly to us. Nice to have a place to eat, drink and not have to drive.

Went here exclusively for the casino. I had recently watched a video on casinos and the psychology at work to get you to stay. In my opinion I was underwhelmed as I approached the facility.

I went on my birthday and when my ID was scanned, happy birthday played and I was given a pin.

There were only about 6 table games and 2 of them were actively playable with an attendant. The casino had more slot machines than one could imagine, three rooms that I went into had slots.

I found a table that had the option to play blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and a big wheel game. We played for a while but realized we're just playing on a tablet and we can do this at home, cashed out and left.

You were able to get free drinks and a staff member was available to refill for you.

I had a fine time, although I never was able to get on a roulette table during my two days there. I also wasn't able to get a seat or make a reservation at William B's steakhouse. The rooms were clean and smelled fine. Restroom was great. No problems other than staff was a little rude.

I am actually staying in this hotel currently. I am checking out today . These rooms are not very clean at all. I paid extra for a water view for n the spa tower. The view was not very good at all. This is probably the worst casino I have stayed in. I mentioned my room not being very clean and nobody did anything. I paid quite a bit of money to stay here. My room literally has a hole in the ceiling and they stuffed it with trash bags to fill it. The thing on the end of the bed had stains all over it. It does not look like they dust at all the remote for the lights only controlled 1 light The experience was not a good one for a casino . I have been to a lot of casinos around this area . You can go to Four winds casino that is very close to this one and have a way better experience. The other casinos that are closer pay out better as well . I don’t want to even say how much I spent on slots and only got for about $20.00 . I am not upset about losing I came here to have fun . But it’s hard when rooms are not nice and the casino pay outs are horrible.one more thing even know I was staying at the hotel and gambling you have to pay for Valet !! I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I have pics and uploaded them. I will update my post if by chance I stay here again. I doubt I will seeing how close other casino and hotels are so close.

This casino is very clean and modern . The staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest thing that impressed me was that it did not smell strongly of smoke. They have a very good ventilation system which I really liked. We didn’t stay here but we will return to gamble and try the restaurants.

I love it here! The rstes are so reasonable i like the self check in rooms r big beds r comfy walk in shower is great. Bottled water in room pool and hot tub r beautiful love having 2 hot tubs! And no kids allowed. Pool lights up so pretty at night. Nice long hours for those facilities. Elevators r plentiful and quick love the food the deli is great very good salads and paninis and muffins. Also they r open late and early. The bar had some great bands and has a margarita machine. Drinks r pricey thats the only thing i can note. There is always vacancy which is nice. U can check out on the tv

Went to the casino for one last time. Probably will never go back. Still allow smoking within the facility and neither my girlfriend or myself smoke. Slot machines in either wing of the casino are as old as the boat itself. Four Winds casinos are so much better prepped and clean.

The hotel and casino were both top notch! I had read a bunch of bad reviews and was a little nervous about a 3.5 day stay. The entire hotel staff were a joy to deal with, the suite was clean and comfortable, the bed was the most comfortable to sleep in and our every wish was granted quickly. || Our casino hosts and casino staff were warm and inviting they were all a pleasure to be around, The slots and games were an awesome mixture of new and classic. The bell staff and valet and housekeeping all impressed me at every opportunity. The only negative was at the Spa where my disabled spouse was treated worse than poorly, if you are not young and body beautiful don't waste time and money there. The spa staff left a stain on our experience, up until I didn't even mind the $14000.00 I had lost, after that we played in casino a bit but the great time was ruined, and we slowed down our play from there. Still giving 5 star review do to the overwhelming warmth we received from everyone else.
