From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a smile and a warm, "Hello." The attendant took my keys and, since I would be waiting on my vehicle, pointed me toward a very clean, spacious waiting area with three TVs and comfortable seating. My vehicle was finished under the estimated time and I was summoned by the same friendly voice that welcomed me to begin with. I paid and we shared a couple funny stories with laughter and a friendly, "See you again next time." I thought to myself, "Well done, I will be back!"

Best service I have ever received at a dealer. We had a window malfunction in cold weather at 3pm on a Friday while 200 miles from home. They fixed it quickly, under warranty, while being friendly and courteous. (We had stopped at another shop that wanted no part of a job that late on a Friday adjacent to a holiday weekend). I will return to this dealer when we replace our next car. They have our gratitude.

Sevice advisor did a good job keeping me up to do but the lack of techs that can work on a dodge is terrible. Couldn’t get my car in for 4 days after the scheduled appointment because of not enough techs to look at it.

It was an extremely busy day at the service center but they were very professional, got all of the items I needed for repairs quickly and without adding any costs to the price they quoted me. Even gave me a loaner car because of their delays.

Idk. They're kind of 50/50 they have terrible communication, but they seem to try a little harder than the dodge dealer in North Vernon when it comes to solving the problem with your vehicle. I had them put a new transmission in for me. 6 months later a part went out in the new transmission. They fixed it then about 8 months later it stopped shifting gears again. I figured whatever the problem is my warranty on the transmission would cover it. They said it had just a little too much transmission fluid in it and they had to drain some out. I'm thinking ok. That sounds a little strange but I shouldn't be charged for that considering they are the ones who put the fluid in it, in the first place, but no I was charged and now my warranty is almost up. I'm concerned that this problem will continue to happen and I'll be out of Pocket again. I would still choose them over the one in North Vernon though.

Had an appointment for my daughter's car for at least a month for two recalls.
Andy text that Monday to say he was handling the car repairs.
Come Tuesday I had to call to check on the status of the vehicle myself since I hadn't been guven an update since the initial introduction text.
I was asked could the car be under a different name? What type of car? Not a great feeling! Then I was informed they were waiting on a part! Seriously. For an appointment that was scheduled a month in advance! Thursday I went to pick the car up to find the lady at the service desk wasn't sure which car either. Theyre not great at communicating & unfriendly. Anyway, I got the car. I guess the recalls were fixed. All I know is now the engine light is on & it wasn't until we picked it up from this dealership. I hope to never deal with them again. Four days to repair a Ford issue only to have an issue that we never had before.
I don't want a phone call, for you to attempt to fix anything, or contacted. I now have a new problem to resolve & I feel it's because of your service department.
