He has not gotten the name for the best attorney in town by doing nothing, he takes every case personal and will fight for his clients tooth & nail. Seriously, If you need a reasonably priced bada$$. Hire Mr. Elftman. You won’t regret it. I was being held 3 hours away for a warrant out of Kokomo waiting on extradition. He got my warrant lifted so the jail I was in. Was forced to release me. (That was in February). Then 2 days ago. I got an email saying my case was dismissed. He went above and beyond for me. Couldn’t ask for better in an attorney. Thanks again Mr. Elftman. You and Lisa did outstanding and I hope you all have a awesome Christmas and an even better New Year’s 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I recently sought the services of Mr. Clouser as my attorney, and unfortunately, I must say that my experience did not exceed my expectations. While he managed to handle the basics of my case, I found his approach to be lacking in several aspects.Firstly, communication was a significant issue throughout the entire process. Mr. Clouser was often slow to respond to my inquiries, and when he did, his answers felt vague and lacking in detail. This lack of clear communication left me feeling uncertain and frustrated at times. Secondly, I had hoped for more proactive and assertive representation in the courtroom. During hearings and negotiations, Mr. Clouser appeared somewhat unprepared, and I sensed a lack of confidence in his arguments. This undoubtedly affected the outcome of my case.Moreover, I found the overall level of dedication and attention to detail to be below par. There were instances where important deadlines were almost missed, and it seemed as though my case was not given the priority it deserved. While I cannot deny that Mr. Clouser possesses legal knowledge, I regretfully conclude that his services fell short of what I had hoped for in an attorney. I would advise potential clients to carefully consider their options and perhaps explore other legal representation that can better meet their needs and expectations. I feel like this law firm needs the money more than you do, as they went through thousands of dollars with out any results.

I have had two different lawyers in this office. Originally when I came to this office I had DJ and he did fine for us and I was happy with him and his paralegal. They were thorough with my case. However, when he got moved to a different position he could no longer represent me. He have a referral for Justen Clouser in his office.

Justen & his paralegal did not do right by me. It was hard to get in contact with them or have any questions answered. I would go days if not weeks without any response about my case. They would completely blame it on the other lawyer in the case we had. && I felt like I was constantly being spoke down to as a client. As someone who has battled through 3+ years of custody battles I am not dumb to the laws and they made me feel like I was. Also once they decided they couldn't make any more money off my case because we had nothing pending they dropped me very quick. Then after an issue that came up 3 days later they called to see if they could re represent me moving forward. I would not recommend going to him to anyone especially if you have a severe case like we did.
