Just wanted to share what great customer service I received.
The coating on my lenses were coming off. They checked but my lenses were out of warranty. They replaced my lenses anyway, free of charge. Always great service and care. Thank You!

If you are looking for an eye doctor this is the place to go!! The lady at the check in was very nice and welcoming! I arrived early for my appointment and they took me back a few minutes after being checked in. The assistant and doctor were both very kind which made the exam go smooth!
They have lots and lots of different frames to choose from, I have to say it was actually "fun" trying them on! I received a call about 3 days after my appointment letting me know my glasses were ready to be picked up!
CHOOSE BOUQUET MULLIGAN DEMAIO YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

I've have cataracts. My appointments have been fairly quick to assess then schedule surgery. Everyone is friendly, helpful, open to questions, pretty much what you want in your eye care folks. The surgical center is not on-site, which is understandable. I look forward to regaining vision through their surgery and after care.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. I met with Dr Berlin, who got my prescription wrong multiple times. I had to keep going back in, and she still got it wrong. Insisting I have an astigmatism, which I have never had. The contacts don't fit, and they give me headaches when I wear them. Meanwhile, I had to get a pressure test, which she left me with the technician for. The technician took a handheld pressure tool and started bouncing it off of my eyeball. Literally tapping my eyeball, to the point where my vision blurred each time. She couldn't get readings, I assume because she was doing it wrong. So she gets tapping away at both eyes. It was intensely horrible. She also sat me in front of a machine, told me look into it and keep my eyes open as long as I could, while she flashed a light that seemed as bright as the sun into it. Doing this multiple times for each eye, causing my eyes to flood with tears and burn. I refused to go back a third time to fix my prescription, I'd rather pay out of pocket for another doctor.

The experience was excellent with the exception of one person.. the gentleman that was going to help me pick out frames. He was very condescending. He also, after talking to my insurance company this morning, didn't know what he was talking about. I would recommend going to this place because overall everyone else was super nice and professional but I would caution that you should be prepared and know exactly what your plan covers. Do not listen to the guy trying to get commission from selling you the most expensive pair of glasses.

From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was going to like it here... I'm very please to say that the ladies behind the front desk were very friendly and made me feel welcomed! I didn't have to wait long at all before they took me back to the exam room and before I knew it Dr. Hoglund was in the room. He's a very pleasant guy and I'm pleased that he made everything easy to understand. The overall staff were great in helping with all the Insurance issues that I put them through. Upon leaving I walked out of that office a very happy person. Keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen.... I'll be back

I recently had my first visit at Bouquet Mulligan Demaio and was very impressed. All of the staff -- from the folks behind the desk to my optometrist -- were friendly, yet professional, and I felt that I was in very good hands. They had told me that it might take a week to get my glasses made -- but I got a call that they were finished that very same day! What a bonus to an already very positive experience.
