My attorney was Zach Broome. I also worked with Anise. I can’t express how highly I recommend them. I called them in a crisis and didn’t know what to do. Every person in that law firm that I spoke with from the person that answered the phone to the lady that scheduled my appointment was amazing. Zach and Anise took all my stress away. My attorney was Zach Broome and he definitely rates 5 stars, along with two other members of the team, Jennifer Sampson-Young and Tracey Hurst. My experience with this firm and its members was extremely good and satisfying. The level of communications was excellent. They always gave me clear, complete and timely responses to my questions. They followed up with me and never left me hanging. I was given very understandable "non-legal-ese" reviews of my standing as we moved through the process. I was also given a very thorough, clear view of possible outcomes as things changed. That really helped me decide on the best path going forward. Zach was very easy to talk to and did NOT talk down to the client and I always felt at ease when we spoke. He was always there for me and I never had to chase him down. Very impressed with the professionalism & proficiency provided by this law firm specifically Mr. Tremel Taylor.
