We initially consulted (via telephone) with Matt Caldwell and decided to move forward with our case. I cannot recommend Boyd Law highly enough. Boyd Law came through for us by assigning Joshua L. Fabian to our case. Joshua is a UCCJEA Virtuoso with a fantastic personality and the ability to get through to a difficult judge.

We had a tri-state jurisdictional custody nightmare on our hands that involved original orders from in California from 2020, an open 2024 custody case in Father's state (home state), with Mother being another state entirely.

When the California judge made what we felt was an erroneous emergency temporary order that caused substantial upheaval in the lives of our children, we reached out to multiple firms and attorneys who all wanted to put us off for weeks on top of charging us for a consultation fee. However, when I called Boyd Law, I reached Brandon (sp?) who patiently listened to our dilemma and put us through to the right team which included Matthew Caldwell, Joshua L.
