Most Quick and painless title transfer I’ve ever done! Title came within a month. Super happy i decided to go there!

I wish I could give her 000000 reviews. I used Joanna agency for my vehicle registration based on online reviews. I paid for everything and was waiting for my vehicle registration to come in my mail for over 7 months.. I went to her office and spoke with Joanna to check the status of my vehicle registration since she helped me with the process. She had no idea; I received a letter from PennDot that said they “never received my vehicle title.” Therefore, I applied for a certification copy title and received it in my email. I went to Pen DOT again to follow up with the status, and they sent me to AAA to apply for vehicle registration. The AAA customer service was so kind and checked the status. They found out that my current plate is registered with Someone else names. And the plate number on the paper doesn't match the vehicle plate.
They looked for me in their a system using my Vehicle VIN Number, and my names-nothing popped up in their system. They said this is a messy situation and I should take action against the agency since they lost my papers. I had to pay $250 for the entire process again. Please stay away from that old lady. She doesn't remember anything, and she took my money and lost my title. She shouldn't practice her license at all.

Twice, not just once, has my paperwork for title and registration been messed up directly because of her. The vehicle paperwork most recent, is still registered to the previous owner, and the plate is registered to my previous vehicle. Which has made it impossible to get inspected, which resulted in getting pulled over and now I have fines. All because "Penndot is 3 months behind" well I got the paperwork and it shows directly how this is all her fault. She entered the wrong information, once again. Nice lady, just cant do her job anymore. 0 out of 10, would not reccomend.

Joanne offers walk in services and she is a very sweet lady. One drawback is that she only takes cash or check, and as I don’t usually carry large sums of cash (let alone checks) I was five short, but she was happy to let me run to the ATM and get the cash, didn’t even hold the paperwork.
