Brevard Probate is AMAZING. I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. My brother died very unexpectedly during the pandemic and had nothing in place. Attorney Kalish and Meredith held my hand through the most difficult process and heartbreaking time. They patiently, expertly and with incredible compassion and empathy walked me and my sister-in-law through every step ensuring my sister-in-law and niece received everything possible from an estate that went into probate. They helped us navigate every possible pitfall and the advice they gave even on the smallest issues was excellent. They have fantastic follow-through. My sister-in-law became sick and they jumped into action to ensure we had all of her estate plannning in place to protect my niece should anything happen. After that, I didn't hesitate to reach out to them for everything related to our families estate needs. (If I lived in Florida, I would have retained them for my own estate plans. They have most of this for me while we have been in two different states!) I have consulted them for my Dad's will and estate when he recently passed. We have been working with them on my Mom's will and estate plans. They are responsive, organized, caring, and extremely capable. I highly recommend them. I had a good experience working with Terri on scheduling, and Francine on the first appointment to review my request. She was very helpful with suggestions. I also worked with Kathryn on the second appointment and she was very helpful as well. My only comment would be to have the paper work ready for the appointment time for the final signing so that there is not a delay for a client who is taking time from work. Thank You.

Francine, Terri and Meredith were absolutely the best. My mother lost her husband unexpectedly and everything became so chaotic with what to do and how to do it. Living out of state I found Francine by a google search and reading reviews. They fit us in immediately and helped us get organized with the next steps.
