If you're looking for an attorney that will get back to you in a timely manner, care about your case, to have a backbone to fight for you and your family, and not have to worry about him taking your retainer fee then let the case go on for over 2 years?.. then this IS NOT the lawyer for you! If you or your family needs help with the court system, stay away from this man. I couldve sworn that my case was the first time he'd been in a courtroom! I honestly was jealous of the other side's lawyer. Mr. White does not have a well put together firm, and seems to have little to none resourced. No due diligence was made.... just absolutely horrible experience. I put over $4k and 2 years of faith into this man, just for him to never respond to an email or ever contact the opposing side's lawyer. It's like he was scared to man up. He has ruined my life for the last 2 1 /2 years, and he never even said he was sorry. Arrogant at all the wrong times. Too worried about "Beer 30"-(his words) instead of answering my questions about my csse.. literally. He left me with many questions because it was late in the day- which he scheduled me for- then made me leave so he could drink beer. I should've known then. Too late now.

A few years ago my sister's husband was trying to take the kids from her during a nasty divorce. A friend recommended Brian White so we went with him. after a thousand dollar retainer he never discussed his bill. The day before trial we get a phone call that she owes him $2,000. He gave no provision for a payment plan, and refused to show up in court the next day without tne full balance due. After receiving his payment on full, he subsequently lost the case.
