Peter has been a godsend in my legal issues. He’s not easy to get a hold of, but every time he got back to me he made things happen in days in sharp contrast to what legal clerks suggested. What most people don’t understand is every contact with an attorney constitutes a fee for their time and Peter makes the most of your fees. Honesty goes a long way, particularly with professionals that you entrust your liberty and wellbeing to, you’d be very fortunate to find somebody like Mr. Britton in your corner.

Peter Britton is a liar. On numerous occasions he told me things that didn’t come to pass. Caused me to spend more time in jail than I should have. I recommend he never represent anyone in a criminal case. Worst public defender I’ve ever had.

If you want a lawyer who:
Will speak down to you
Make you feel insignificant and unimportant
Not show up to appointments
Ignore your calls and emails
Make excuses through his assistant Nikki (who is the ONLY positive thing about my experience. Thank you Nikki)
Drag his feet refunding you when you fire him
Make you spend THREE EXTRA WEEKS in jail because you fired him
Not get your court paperwork to you (as required by law; P.S. the Bar Association will be to see you, Petey)
Generally be the worst mistake you can make....
Then Peter Britton is the "lawyer" for you. If he spent half the time he does primping in the mirror actually practicing law, he could probably be one hell of a lawyer. To his credit, he did refund my full retainer, but he also put me in a position that made me sit 21 extra days in jail on a probation violation. If you're thinking about hiring him, maybe just take that money to the casino and hope to win enough to hire a REAL attorney. Or light it on fire. At least then you can enjoy the fire.

David Francisco is the most competent and resourceful attorney on the planet. He knows case law inside and out and is willing to help his clients no matter the circumstances.

Mr Francisco is definitely good at what he does, both prosecutorial and criminal. He told me before he took my money what chances i had at things going my way. Price was fair. I got the outcome i wanted after facing years and years in prison. Highly recommended.

I smile as I write this review, bcz I have come a long way when I first meet david! If you need someone that will fight for you it's got to be him, he fights for you but in a way that is professional! There is no BS about him! He is straight to the point! I'm not sure about the other guy but I'm sure if he is in business with Francisco he is just as good! 😁
