I hired Nancy Brodzki expecting experienced, professional representation during a very important time in my life. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling unprotected and misled.

Nancy originally quoted me one amount, but in the end, I was charged more than double—and she blamed the increase on my previous attorney. Communication was poor throughout. I constantly had to chase her down for updates, and serious concerns—like my pension and life insurance—were ignored.

She also failed to advocate for fair and consistent alimony payments, leaving me financially unstable and vulnerable. One of the most devastating oversights was her failure to secure a life insurance policy to protect my alimony. As a stay-at-home mom for 24 years, alimony is the majority of my income, and without that protection, if something happens to my ex, I’m left with nothing.

To make matters worse, when my ex-husband said he wanted to retire in 10 years and that the pension would then replace my alimony, I was never advised that this meant the pension was tied to his retirement. Nancy never explained the long-term impact of that arrangement or pushed for continued alimony until that time. Now, in 10 years, I’ll have no income. That should have been caught and addressed by any attorney truly looking out for their client.

When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility or correcting her mistakes, Nancy dropped me as a client and left me to pick up the pieces alone.

An attorney should protect you, fight for your future, and ensure your rights are secure. Nancy Brodzki did none of that. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I don't even know where to start. I've had one of the most complex cases with a spouse who was ready to throw me in a garbage disposal. If you are going through a divorce and your spouse cleared the account, hid money through companies, and delayed a case and you are completely lost than meet Nancy ! You are probably feeling anxious and lost and I can promise you that Nancy will stick with you and fight for you. She is the type of lawyer that won't feed you a bunch of crap. She will tell you exactly what you will be entitled to and what to expect. The good part is she is right and if you need to go to trial than so be it. If you need a forensic accountant ( like me) she will refer you to John Bush and you better jump at that opportunity, these two work like two peas in a pod and will prepare you so you can feel confident in what to expect. I could go on and on but I will leave you with this. Now that my divorce is finally over, Nancy feels like part of my family and I will always stay in contact with her because I am grateful for her ! This review is my personal opinion following my experience with the attorney and her staff.
in short - I do not recommend hiring her services.
After seeing her long list of credentials and titles, my expectations were high and my disappointment was huge.
The attorney was incapable of being assertive toward the other party and she and her office staff were busy only with office proceedings and documents, instead of managing the case and handling the other party. They charge on every correspondence they have made between themselves and I ended up paying thousands of dollars for zero progress in the case.
