Gray And his staff has been a godsend! I was in my first car accident 6/27/22 on vacation and did not know who to contact since I was not local to the area. I called Gray who explained the process and what he needed from me. I was in shock and very emotional and he took his time to go over everything and make sure I was comfortable and understood everything before moving forward. Throughout my treatment, Gary and his team has reached out to check on me and provide insight on where the case stands. July 28th, 2023 I received confirmation that the demand letter was sent for the max amount per the policy limits, 8/4 I was told it settled and 8/14 I was told the check was received and he is sending my check today.
