Living on Hudson, we have ALL compared our little notices on our cans. The BEST one being "we know this is your garbage, not the neighbors". What the hell difference is it if one only has 1 can & another has 3 cans, if they disperse it amoung each other, to save on the already ridiculous charge. Today my can was tipped upside down, so i called to tell them it is VERY unnecessary for that & it was my turn to complain, since this town gets ridiculous notes on cans. Susan, the office person was very rude & had terrible customer service. Susan had every reason for why this was done & other ridiculous reason for what they do. Having no care of the reason for my call or most definitely no care of customer service!!!!! You know you have the monopoly in our small town.. so who cares, right?!!!.

I went to there and asked what I was accepted and everything was politely told me what I could and explained even the cost of items. I was relieved with all the help. When I arrived for my first time at Transfer Station they showed me where to dump hazardous waste and dump different articles. They were so very helpful to this old gal. Thank You

Would absolutely not use this service if there was anything else available in our area. Very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional, But when you are monopolized in a small area as a small business, you get to treat people how you want. Especially if they aren't on your clique list. Definitely not a company chosen because of the service.
