Had left taxes for months and still did not do them. Apparently if you haven't been established for years with them, they won't do much for you. Should tell new customers they are not interested in your small business. They even wrote on our folder that they gave me back, they could just continue doing their own for free! Very unprofessional

I called to request representation and they told me they not only aren’t open to taking new clients this year and most likely would not be taking new clients for 2022. I was very disappointed how the receptionist rushed me off of the phone as I was asking sense they weren’t taking new clients if they had any recommendations. She gave her closing message and hung up the phone on me while I was in mid sentence. I read the reviews and decided to call anyway. I don’t even recommend calling them
