The team did a great job with replacing our old oil tank. Couldn’t ask for more. The new ROTH oil tank is miles better than the old one. Spending a little extra money is worth it for the upgrade. The company is great with everything from communication to delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to replace their old fuel tank.

I'm very happy with the service provided. We needed our oil tank replaced. Their quote for the same exact tank, warranty and service was half of every HVAC company we spoke with. They did a great job. The job was supposed to take about 4-5 hours and ended up taking 7 due to the fact that there was some issue with my furnace connection. However they were able to fix that the same day and cleaned up after themselves. The staff at the office along with the guys they sent out were very respectful. Comfortable enough to recommend them to family and friends.

Everything about my experience working with C2G, from the original email quote detailing my options and costs, to the actual installation of the Roth oil tank, was trouble free. When Chrissy, the office manager, learned that my old oil tank was leaking, she found a way to schedule my install for the next day. The installers, Jose and Rafael were extremely helpful and professional in the work that they did. I am extremely happy with the end result and would highly recommend C2G to anyone looking to replace their oil tank. Attached is a photo of the newly installed Roth oil tank.

I'm writing this review with mixed reactions. After having my furnace serviced, it was highly recommended that I replace the oil tank due to numerous pinholes. They recommended C2G. Speaking with Chrissy regarding the installation options and costs was a pleasant experience. She thoroughly explained the installation process and promptly emailed me all of the necessary paperwork. An installation date was scheduled for Tuesday, October 29th. The two gentlemen (installers) arrived on time, were very professional, and finished the job in about 4.5 hours. They explained that I had 125 gallons of oil transferred from my old tank into my new tank. Later that evening (approximately 5 hours after the installation), we had no heat. The float gauge was on zero (picture attached). I called C2G the next morning (October 30th). Due to prior commitments, no one would be available/home until Friday, November 1st. With mild temperatures during the day and at night, with an extra sweater or blanket, the house was tolerable. On the evening of October 31st, I received a voicemail message from Chrissy stating that, per a supervisor, if I had hot water, then I MUST have heat. The supervisor incorrectly assumed my water is heated with oil/the furnace. I have a gas hot water heater. On November 1st, the gentlemen arrived Friday afternoon, replaced the gauge, and fixed the line. Before leaving, one of the gentlemen indicated that they had installed everything correctly, and if I still had a problem, it MUST be with the furnace. The furnace was fully serviced a week prior, and it was working properly before the new tank installation. After the necessary corrections (gauge replacement/line repair), we have heat.

I called not knowing anything about oil tank replacement. Chrissy took care of everything and realized I needed it done quickly due to the tank leaking. The turn around was quick and all the technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. They went to work quickly and cleaned up after. I’m very grateful for all they did and highly recommend them

We were quite pleased with the service of C 2 G - from the various telephone calls to their office to the actual installation of a new oil tank. Getting a new tank is usually a once-in-a-lifetime experience for most people. As a result, we were unaware of the various types of tanks and exactly how the installation works. But our oil delivery company recommended C 2 G, and it worked out quite well on a very cold day in the middle of the winter. It's a complicated process, so it is very helpful to deal with folks who have been doing it for a long time.

I needed a second opinion on getting my oil tank replaced, and found C2G through Angie's List.

Chrissy responded almost immediately, and handled the evaluation of our existing tank, pricing, and scheduling super efficiently. C2G even handled our local permit, which I didn't even know we needed!

Jose and Ross arrive right on time on the scheduled date, and replaced the tank, piping & accessories. Our basement has low headroom where the tank is, and was a difficult spot to work in. They were able to remove the old tank, and slip in the new one without having to compromise the foundation or the framing. They were pleasant to work with, neat as a pin, and extremely efficient. My wife was home at the time, and they answered all her questions, and made her feel very comfortable with the work that was going on.

Not long after they finished, Chrissy called me to ask how everything went, and if I had any issues - a rarity in the construction business! She's professional and friendly, and followed up on everything she said she would.

When all was said and done, C2G did a fantastic job, and it cost about half of what my oil company was proposing to charge me. I would highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.
