Thinking I could do things on my own I quickly found out that i needed an attorney. I googled "best workman's comp attorney in PA" and Calhoon & Kaminsky came up. Attorney Matt Kaminski was very understanding and listened to all my concerns in my case. Matt was very timely in responding to questions through email or text. Matt kept on top of the insurance company, when they were trying to do some shady things. Told me do not worry I got your back. Listen to me and not them. Everything worked out for me.My case was close to 2 years until we got resolution. In that 2 years I had 3 knee surgeries on same knee. Matt was patient with me and the process kept the insurance company accountable for my benefit payments. And when the payments were late Matt and his team were on top of it.So yes I will if I ever need a Workman's Comp Lawyer again. It will be Calhoon and Kaminsky.
