I dealt with a series of issues with my new car starting with a tailgate that wasn’t properly closing on the first day I drove it off the lot. And other problems kept on mounting after that, which in aggregate made the car ownership experience intolerable. CCA listened to my concerns, and Seth provided some advice on whether i had a case. We proceeded, and the legal team (attorney Bill Oppenheim) handled things extremely well from there. They were courteous and communicated well, and brought us to a satisfactory resolution.

They were amazing to work with in helping with my lawsuit for my 2022 Ram 2500 diesel. At the start up it was easy and fast communication to get things going. Throughout the process dealing with Audry the paralegal was hit or miss. She was always out of the office and hard to get a call back. Towards the end Mike Rosenstein the lawyer was amazing. I was able to text him directly and get all the information needed in a fast and timely manner. For Mike's awesome service I still consider them 5 stars!
