Thank you for the excellent service in helping my elderly mother establish a living trust. Process from start to finish was very easy. I contacted the office thru email, Tim called me a few days later to ask some questions then I filled out the questionnaire and the office sent a draft for my mother to review. All looked well and set an appointment to come into the office for signing. The office is very busy so had to book an appointment 2 weeks out. When we arrived to the office we were greeted with friendly office staff, then my mother went into the office to discuss everything with Attorney Erin Foley. After the signing my mother received all the trust documents to take home and we received the new official deed recording from the recorders office a few weeks later. All in all everything went smoothly. Communication, service and affordable price was top notch! Thank you Erin, Tim and Diane for helping my mother set up her Living Trust. 🙂 Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the process of setting up our Family Living Trust through the Law Office of David W. Foley. Tim Foley was extremely helpful, responsive and patient with all our questions (and we had lots!). Diane facilitated signing the papers in the office and was pleasant and helpful. Sarah, the attorney, was very nice and professional and was able to answer all our questions during the signing process. I will definitely refer others to this law office. PS before we chose this firm, we compared pricing and this was by far the most reasonably priced - this is great news for so many families who might otherwise put off setting up a trust due to cost.

I have called this firm over five times. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to call me in order to set up an estate trust. They never called me back, or replied to any messages. If they are not good at getting back, I can only imagine how great they do when you are a client.
