Been a member since it was PSCU (07). and I'll tell you Canvas is getting horrible .. from the call center all the way down to the branch.. they don't like to work with out of State bankers . Can't get into accounts because they don't want to do security questions over the phone .. always making the consumer run around for nothing .. today at the Windsor branch a asian male teller was really rude.. I simply had to change monies .. prompting me for an account number. Second then asking me security questions , when I stated " oh you can do security questions, just not over the phone " he simply stated with a rude tone .. well we don't know who were talking with and our system.has changed because criminals change. Again really rude and didn't care of my concerns, just a simply rude answer. Will be closing my accounts and going to ENT.. Canvas has gotten horrible with customer service.. I'll be calling canvas to complain

I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Canvas Credit Union in Windsor. Their lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. I've encountered multiple instances where important information was not conveyed to me, leading to confusion and delays in resolving issues. It's disheartening to see a financial institution neglecting such basic aspects of customer service.

Furthermore, their lack of accountability is concerning. When problems arise, instead of taking ownership and finding solutions, I've felt like I'm being passed around without any real effort to address my concerns. This lack of responsibility is not what I expect from a credit union that is supposed to prioritize its members.

I had high hopes when I initially joined Canvas Credit Union, but my experiences have left me deeply dissatisfied. I urge others to consider these issues before trusting this institution with their financial matters. It's important to choose a credit union that values open communication and takes responsibility for their actions, which unfortunately, has not been my experience with Canvas Credit Union in Windsor.

The bank associates are so kind, it’s just a bummer the company doesn’t allow for you to actually talk to the local branch. You can only go to a call center and that’s often times not helpful. I want to talk with people that actually know what is happening at the local bank.

Absolutely horrible bank customer service. Not that great online customer service. Even worse. Telephone customer service even worse. They're going to charge you $30 for them to cancel an auto withdrawal. Are you kidding me? No other bank charges that a charge you to transfer money in between your own accounts. No other bank charges that they literally look to nickel and dime all the money they can out of their members. Literally not worth it

We moved to Windsor a year ago and started using this branch. The staff made the process of getting a HELOC very easy and is very friendly every time I come in to do my business.

Update:
Very disappointed that Canvas is waiting until Jan 31 to send out tax documents. This delays my ability to file early. There is no reason for them to wait this long to get out the dividend and interest paid on my HELOC. They have had the information in their system since 1 Jan.
It will be just my luck that we get a government shutdown and my refund will probably be delayed indefinitely.

Had a great experience the many times I have been to this location. It has two outside ATM's that deposit checks and cash. Wonderful associates doing their best as well. Was also able to cancel and get new cards on-site with no wait. Even if there was a wait, they have a nice small seating area to sit during the wait. Thank to be a Canvas member.

I've always loved canvas. I have all my business accounts with canvas and love to go in and chat with the staff anytime i need help. I have become so disappointed with how they have changed the phone contact so you can no longer reach the branch. That coupled with their very difficult to navigate online platform is pushing me to just pull all my accounts and go somewhere else.
