I highly recommend Andrea Capita not only because of her knowledge, skill, and experience, but for her support and personal attention. She has given me something more important than an estate plan. She has given me a sense of security and peace of mind. I worked with Andrea six years ago when she wrote a will and powers of attorney for me and my fiancé.
Fast forward three years when Steve, my ex husband, was diagnosed with cancer. Andrea came to my home to update his will, powers of attorney, as well as, a trust for our son.
I never realized how important this planning was until Steve was within weeks of passing and the powers of attorney needed to be enacted.
The process of making medical decisions, transferring assets and property is not an easy task. Andrea's guidance and support during one of the most challenging times of my life, was invaluable.
