Been approved for emergency food stamps in January and I’ve all but given up on believing in assistance from this program… here it is July 3rd and they haven’t sent me anything since then… this program will easily leave the hungry starving for who knows what reason at this point. I’ve went back and fourth numerous times and it helped nothing… I’m sure plenty of people have had to go to the local food banks instead of wasting gas and energy going into this building of disappointment… maybe if you know someone in the office you can get assistance tho.

It's really hit or miss with the kinds of "help" you get. This year has been really rough for getting good help, but it seems like maybe they are getting organized. At the very least, the front desk people have been very helpful over the last several months.

Super slow, with literally everything. Have to keep reapplying and have to keep waiting and have to keep going for interviews one after another. We apply and go ask why we ain’t receiving anything yet or heard from them. They said they don’t have our form. ?

They take forever working a case and they lose paper work that you turn in, I've been waiting for two 1/2 months trying to get help to get food in my house, and they are very rude to the poeplr
