Christina Carter is an amazing lawyer. Despite being incredibly busy and the state always giving her last minute info she always tries to keep me informed on my case. She is also a great advocate for queer people facing criminal charges, especially trans people. Christina makes sure to stay informed and was able to represent me at my initial appearance despite MCAO not allowing me phone access while in custody because she has years of experience with these situations. Highly recommend her, she is caring and kind and she knows what she is doing.

Allegedly, she is representing the mentally ill son of a dear friend of mine, Ed. He has desperately been trying to reach her to help out with his son’s defense. She won’t return his calls. So he asked me to help, as I am a lawyer. I called her twice, no answer, no return calls. Eventually I got her email address and pleaded with her to call me back as a professional courtesy. She later left a terse voicemail, so I called her back. No answer, no return call. I told Ed to start trying again. No luck.

I am astounded at her elusiveness.
I would never recommend her. I have been practicing law for 40 years, and find this unexcuseable.
