Your firm's attorney, Mr. Kendall, is harassing me online. He is calling me antisemitic because he does not agree with my political views. I will make sure to never recommend anyone to your firm because of the conduct of Mr. Kendall. Under endless investigation for 6 years - threatened during interviews by Agents with charges and accusations that were rediculous I was compelled to hire a Criminal Law Firm, that Firm was Cashion Gilmore LLC. Chester Gilmore was my attorney, he immediately met with the Agents and Prosecutor to find out how they viewed their case and in a series of meetings litigated the matter avoiding a Grand Jury and trial. By this time I had retired and moved from Alaska, Chester's ability to communicate via email and phone during this 2+ year relationship left me secure in knowing he was representing me as I had hoped. John represented me in a case involving a false DV claim. I was charged with a felony. The case was clearly made-up, and John got the DA to drop the charges once it was clear that there were no grounds for prosecution. John was great; professional, clear, and cost effective. He is one of the few attorneys who doesn't use up your retainer with unnecessary communication; he only called when there was new information to discuss. I actually got a significant portion of my retainer refunded after the charges were dismissed. I recommend him highly.

I called this office because they do “civil litigation”. Apparently though, they do not handle civil lawsuits if it is a malpractice case against another attorney.
They need to provide more in-depth information to the services they provide instead of simply “civil litigation”.
