I have used CBS Contractors, Inc. in Ansonia, for over thirty years. They maintain AC systems for me in two homes and installed an original AC system complete with ductwork, in my home many years ago. This original system was recently replaced, after 28 years, of never going down once! There is a reason why I’ve only ever considered one vendor- the family-owned and operated company has the experience and amazing staff to truly know all about central air conditioning. Of course they support everything HVAC, but they have always been there for me with incredible AC support! This team of professionals has my highest recommendation and admiration for the experience, genuine care, concern, and comfort of their customers.

CBS Contractors are top notch in quality products and customer service and responsiveness. We had to install a new HVAC system and they went beyond expectations to get the job done efficiently and professionally. The company is by far one of the most professional that I've dealt with in recent years. The owner personally came to my home to quote the job. Actually took the time to explain all that was involved which was rather significant, since prior contractors couldn't be bothered to explain. They were thorough, neat and cleaned up after they left.
They assisted in deciding the best choice for my needs since my home was built in and around 1900.

I used CBS Contractors to install two new gas furnaces when I converted from oil to gas. Everyone involved in the process was great. It started with Angelo coming to the property and assessing the situation. He has years of experience, and from the minute I met him I had total confidence in his abilities and recommendations. Then AJ and his team did the install. They did a great job and kept me informed of the process throughout. Recently, EVERSOURCE was at the property on an unrelated matter and even the technician commented on what a good job CBS did with the install. So not only do I recommend the company, but EVERSOURCE gave them very high marks also! Finally, Nick was responsible for the billing and some of the communications, and he was terrific! I would highly recommend CBS and I will continue to use them for any of my HVAC needs in the future.

I just had Angelo install 2 Mini-splits in my house just before winter- I hopped around 4 different companies and the price price and prompt install was from CBS. I can’t wait to see how much lower my energy bills will be after switching from oil heat only and window A/C units. Angelo and his team were courteous and professional, I would recommend them to anyone.
