if i can rate 0 stars thats what i would have put i did a walk in to ask for a name change something simple i had started the process already and submitted it wrong and could not miss work anymore so i went here to have it done the building its self is super super unprofessional looked like an old building no air it was hot when i sat down with one of the paralegals she gave me a ridiculous price for $400 for a name change plus the filing fees and news paper ad to make it public when i asked why i would be charged the filing fees if i get a fee waiver she replied because her boss would be the one to do she then told me i can get the papers myself and they would help me fill it out and submit it i asked if i were to do that what would the price then be she still said $400!! which made no sense to me as i was there, there were multiple im assuming tenants going in a paying their rent she would stop me from talking to collect the rent i thought that was rude and she wasnt respectful to the tenants that were coming in i left the place and ended up calling Cathy from Golden valley paralegal off of G st and bear creek im so thankful i was able to be seen by her she charged me $200 and like i thought the filing fees were free because i had a fee waiver! She couldnt believe what they were charging me highly recommend cathy she said theres no reason why any paralegal should charge $400 a name change is one of the simplest things with only 3 papers to file this place is looking for a quick come up dont go here please save your money trust!
