Lindsay and Stephen have been such a godsend. They have removed the weight off of our shoulders and allowed us to focus on taking care of our dad. I can't imagine having to jump through all the hoops of Medicare/Medicaid without them. If you are looking for elder law representation then stop right here-you have found the best.

Lindsay and Steven are not only brilliant at elder law, but they are just genuinely nice people. We enjoyed working with them for all of our will and estate planning needs. This is an amazing law firm! My senior community held a food drive and they came out to donate several boxes of food. They also organize the local gerontology group in Evansville. They go so much out of the way to support their community I would send anyone I can to them!

I first came to these attorneys to help me with mother's estate and trust. It was set up by another attorney, however I found that Sheets, Charles & Charles answered my questions patiently and kindly. When discussing their fees, I found them to be fair and accurate. Not what I experienced with a previous lawyer. As a care giver for my mother, these decisions are not only complicated by laws, but also an emotional decision.
