Charles IT is hands down the best IT group we have ever worked with. The level of professionalism we have seen thus far from the team at Charles is unmatched. The thing that drove me nuts about other IT companies was the response time, and how long it took to get things done or even just to get a response. Not with Charles. My team always receives a call from a technician within what seems like minutes. If its a small problem, it is fixed in right there on the spot, and larger issues are worked on immediately. i would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to outsource IT.

I am the bookkeeper for Malloves Jewelers and we hired Charles IT about 13 years ago and have had excellent service and response time! I can call them at any time and they will fix my computer issues- usually within the hour! The staff at CIT is wonderful and sharp! We have worked with tech Isaiah for years and he is personable, knowledgeable and so patient! I highly recommend them for ANY store, organization or company, these folks know their stuff!

We did an extensive search last year for a new IT Company for our business and Charles IT was the company that we chose. The company has a great leadership team, excellent customer service and all of their tech's are very knowledgeable and talented. We definitely made the right choice!
