If I could give a zero star I would. The staff will over promise and under deliver. The apartments are old and not move in ready. There was mold in my apartment. Apparently the ac filter was never changed prior to move in.There is a huge cat problem. There is a diverse people that live there which I do like. Predominantly spanish, indian and haitian. I had to break my lease due to getting sick from living in the apartment.

This is a lovely place to live. The staff are friendly and the apartments are nice and clean. It's been quiet for apartment living. We have a view of the trees, which is beautiful. Maintenance requests are always followed up on quickly. We had a leaking pipe in our ceiling, which was fixed quickly and the ceiling was left unpatched for a few days to give it time to fully dry out so there will be no mold growing under the plaster. Apartments are well maintained, and the appliances work well. We really enjoy living here!

Charleston Pines is an excellent choice for apartment living. It is very quiet here -- very little if any overhead noise. Enjoy an outstanding pool in the summer months! The office staff is always ready to help in a friendly manner, the best I've experienced. You will not regret moving here.

I’ve lived at Charleston Pines for 10+ years and have had an absolute amazing experience. The ladies in the office are always very nice, helpful, friendly. Maintenance men are polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. My issues are always addressed as soon as possible. They host great events for the residents, which gives us an opportunity to meet our neighbors. Wouldn’t change living here for a thing!

I have been living here for 6 years. I have never seen a rude bone in any that works here. Everyone is very nice. If I have a problem I call and they take care of it with in 24 hrs. So if you want a great place to live it's Chares Pines Apartments. You won't regret it.

Visited a friend that has recently made his home here and I was completely impressed! Its proximity to the highway is so helpful for cutting down on the traffic wait. Close to everything essential when you need to purchase goods for everyday living. Nice smooth roads throughout and landscaping kept up with. They have pet waste disposal stations near each set up buildings to offer for you or your friends when they bring there dogs over to visit as well.
