I received a letter from a creditor on a debt that I had sworn had been paid. So I initially thought I could just print out my documents and mosey into court without a care because I knew I was right. However, it became clear to me that it is overwhelming and confusing to deal with big law firms who don't care what you have to say and have bought bundled debts from companies without knowing the history. As soon as I began getting emails from the law firm suing me, I knew I needed help in just communicating. I reached out to our local moms group asking for recommendations and Mr. Churchill was unanimously recommended so I reached out to him.

He was so patient and kind with me and helped me understand what all the legal mumbo jumbo meant and really helped me understand what was going on. He took my case that same day and made time for me, despite the fact that he had to do a lot in a very limited amount of time. The case was dismissed today and I have NO doubt in my mind that had it not been for him and his expertise and knowledge, we would have ended up paying what they were demanding of me.
