Don’t try to file a complaint on a police officer here they will call that cop specifically to come assault and arrest you also they mayor (Jonas Anderson) is a joke and he is scared of transparency

We just recently lost our little Chihuahua Winston and my husband went into a DEEP DEEP DEPRESSION. I new he needed a new baby to keep him company because for 13 years Winston was his baby lap dog and suddenly he was without Winston. We had our little Winston creamted through a WONDERFUL COMPANY CALLED CARING HEARTS OUT OF GREENBRIAR, ARKANSAS. SHE WE RECENTLY FOUND A NEW BABY AND COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. IT WILL NEVER REPLACE OUR WI STON BUT HE SURE HAS STOLE OUR ? HEARTS. HE CAME FROM A VERY KIND AND GRACIOUS COUPLE BY THE NAMES OF MR. AND MRS SANFORD AND VIRGINIA SMITH. THEY WERE ASKING 700.00 FOR THIS BABY AND WE HAD JUST PUT WINSTON DOWN AND WERE SHORT ON CASH. HE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH US EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AS FAR A PAYING HIM OUT. WE DID GO PICK UP OUR LITTLE BUNDLE OF JOY CALLED LITTLE TUCKER CALLED (TJ). I TOOK MR. SMITH $100.00 I TOLD HIM IN 2 WEEKS I WOULD SEND HIM ANOTHER $100.00 EVERY TWO WEEKS TIL PAID. HE AND HIS WIFE VIRGINIA ALSO GAVE OUR NEW BABY ALL THE TOYS HE COULD EVER PLAY WITH EVEN TAGS STILL ON MOST OF THEM. LATER THAT NIGHT AFTER WE PICKED UP BABY TUCKER IN CAVE CITY, ARKANSAS WE GOT A TEXT FROM THESE WONDERFUL CARING PEOPLE TELLING US THAT OUR BABY WAS PAID FOR AND MERRY CHRISTMAS. WHY, WHY CANT THERE BE MORE CARING PEOPLE LIKE THIS COUPLE. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS LITTLE PUPPY AND THE SMITH'S WHO MADE THIS ALL POSSIBLE. ❤ ? ? ♥
