I have been seeing Carrie for a period of time. She’s amazing! Never had issues with her, never. The owner. Becky, rude. I missed an appointment but I came in and told them I had an emergency and she said okay. Never called back to reschedule nothing…. She says she did. But didn’t I called to schedule an appointment for tomorrow and she called today and was irritate with me, yelled at me and I was nice and said I don’t know why I’m talking to you and not my therapist about this. And she said “you can go to hell” I said did you really tell me that, and she said “yes and you can go f yourself and have a great day” and hung up on me. I called back to see about my appointments and they made one for me again and she called back and yelled at me. Literally yelled….. and she’s the owner. Everyone said they had issues with this place and it’s not the staff, it’s the owner. I do not recommend this place for anything anymore…. She also stated I was mean to my therapist and I said if that’s the case why am I still being scheduled. I’ve never been mean to anyone in there. I say yes ma’am yes sir type citrusy… this is crazy and unprofessional and I’ve never been talked to this way before. I regret telling people about this place.

They did not tell me that the initial intake included an OPTIONAL assessment that costs around 110$ so instead of it being a free intake, to see if I fit well with the councilor and overall therapy it was actually a 110$ session of me filling out around 20 pages of paperwork then (not given the option or told this part costs money) having a quick talk afterwards just to find out I didn’t like their style and got billed for it. Go anywhere else but here if you need help truly.

At first, I was very happy with the services. I felt like I was seen and heard. Then, my therapist got some new duties and I was switched to someone else and as everyone in therepy will tell you they hate building a relationship and rapport with a therapist only to have to restart again. Now i missed the appointments for my new therapist and the owner decides to call me hostile when im expaining in my usual tone of voice and hang up on when I was expaining that i wasnt given a choice in switching. Very unprofessional I do NOT recommend this place at all.

The counselor i had was great at first but the more sessions i attended the more belittled and judged i felt then i get called about a paymet for 2 sessions that were missed that i never agreed to be scheduled after a bad session i was still booked without consent.

Absolute joke of a place. Whoever is scheduling is incompetent. Two appointments clearly scheduled as tele-health and the person scheduled as in person. Then when We called about this we were made to feel as if we did something wrong. No empathy or acceptance of responsibility for it being scheduled wrong not once but twice.

I would not recommend this facility. My paperwork was not read cpmpletely regarding my situation & the counselor exasperated an already difficult situation.
