You cannot go wrong having Jeremy sit next to you and fight for you and your case. From start to finish, he handled my custody case with professionalism, patience, I was never left guessing what to expect, and he helped navigate every aspect of my case in the best interest of myself and my kids. In the court room, he had his stuff together, remember every detail and fought my case until the very end. He is absolutely amazing and left even my witnesses asking for his business card in case they ever needed it in the future for themselves because he was THAT good. Working with Mr. Dinkel was a great experience during a very stressful period of time. His legal expertise was invaluable but additionally he was also able to give unbiased, and what I thought to be very morally sound, advise each step of the way. Communication was fast. Anytime there was paperwork submitted they would forward within minutes. Payments and invoices were easy as well. The admins at Collier were very patient and helped me understand exactly how the retainer and trust account were funded and when. I was in need of mortgage information for my divorce and two subpoenas. I paid $11,000 and nothing was ever done. I told him that $5000 was the last penny I had. I even told him that I would do anything to help lighten his load and make it cheaper and instead made it more expensive. I would not recommend this attorney as he is a thief. I didn’t get anything worth $5000 much less $11,000. All he did was charge me for stuff that wasn’t done and all I got at the end was a binder with a USB drive with the document that I provided to them to begin with. All they did was edit it. I intend to file a small claims court case against him.
The value his services was very poor. On a scale of 5 to 10 I’d give him a 2!!! Do not trust this attorney!! I will keep you updated on my case against Mr. Collier.
