I will say I am personally unsatisfied with this company. A few months back I had put together a computer after ordering parts online, and it shut off after 30 minutes and did not turn back on. I brought it in after some personal tests, saying that the issue was most likely the motherboard or the power supply. Thing is, I tested a working power supply and that most likely wasn't the issue. I informed them of this and they said they would look into it. A few days later I get a call from a technician saying that they think it was a power supply issue as the computer wasn't getting power to turn on. I informed them I tested a working power supply and that wasn't the problem, and asked if they tested my power supply on a working computer or swapped it out for a known working power supply, simple process of elimination steps for computers. He said no and would get back to me. I wait a few days before calling to ask about the progress. They say they don't have any power supplies on hand that fit my computer, which honestly shouldn't take me calling you three days later to figure out. They then ask if I can bring in the power supply I have that was in my old computer at the time. I told them yes but after consideration, decided just to take my computer back. When I arrive to pick it up, I find they only spent about 15 minutes inspecting my computer. 15 minutes to come to the conclusion that it was a part that I specifically informed them when I brought it in that I've replaced and tested. Needless to say I was disappointed. I write this now because I have finally got my new motherboard and replaced the part myself, and it works like a dream! Props to the women working the front desk and the phones when I called, as they were super professional and friendly when I first reached out and the few times after that.

I brought my phone in to be repaired. They got it in a lot faster than I anticipated and got parts in quickly. Their quote was a lot less and I expected ($100 max). In the end my phone could not be repaired but I was not charged for the work they did already. They even helped by sending me photos of the inside of my phone to make a case for a refund to the seller. Excellent service and would go here again.

Considering that most folks who go into local computer stores, will look at the stuff and then leave and buy it on line, I see recommending that they inventory more is the same as recommending suicide.
Their mission is to fix or optimize your computer system, not to be a doormat on the way to an online store.
They have helped me many times, and I appreciate that, and when they could not help me, they did not charge me.

If I had the option, this company would get 0 stars. I attempted to have my Macbook Pro repaired at this shop. Unfortunately the crew could not be of service to me. I was very patient for over a month. Your employees lied to me and said they had serviced MacBooks previously. However I quickly found out they didn't. I retrieved my computer from your business and took it to a professional. The internal hardware was MISSING all of its screws. It was only held together by 1 screw that didn't even go to my computer. Now I am confident that the computer was brought intact with all parts together. The service I received was completely unacceptable. An employee at your business also took all of the information off my computer and I cannot even access some of my most fond memories. This business needs to be more honest. If the repair cannot be done then be blunt about it. Not only is my computer damaged completely because of the additional damage that has been done by this company, it has also been wiped of all my most fond memories. 🙁

Computer HQ is AWESOME!!! We had a flood at my workplace yesterday and my computer was sitting in 4 inches of water. I brought it over to Computer HQ and they dried it out, cleaned the motherboard and I did not loose any files.. I was able to pick it up this morning and everything runs great. You all are the greatest.

Very unprofessional service.
First I broke a 4s I phone . They said "no problem we can fix it" . They never even tried to fix it
Second I broke the screen on my iPhone 6 plus so I gave them another chance. The guy at the front desk said “ sure we can fix it it will cost
$225 but I need $168 right now to order the parts which will be here in a week." Well it's been a month and a half and my $168 is gone . Not even a call back.
