I have nothing but the highest praise for Conger and Smith. No one was accepting my Living Trust / Will for my grandfather so I could lay him to rest with my grandmother and give him the full military funeral he deserved. I spent many nights crying and had countless panic attacks over it trying to get someone to listen. Something that should have been easy given the trust and my grandpa’s explicit instructions before he passed, turned into a horrible nightmare. It was maddening that he raised me since I was six months old like I was his own, yet no one was letting me adhere to his wishes simply because we weren’t related by blood, despite the trust.

I called Conger and Smith hoping beyond hope to get some help or advice – anything really. Ms. Kate went above and beyond for me. She read all 81 pages of the Trust, made many phone calls on my behalf when no one would listen to me and was able to properly and legally have me named as Next-of-Kin.

Thanks to Ms. Kate my grandfather will now not only be interned next to his beloved wife of over thirty years but will get the full military funeral he rightly deserves. There are not enough words in any language to express how much gratitude I have. Thanks to her, my family can now mourn together, attend his military honors funeral, and watch him be with his wife again – something that one single family member who was his only true blood relative was refusing to properly give him.

I and all who love him and honor him thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This wouldn’t be possible without the compassionate help of Conger and Smith. Ms. Kate – thank you so much. Your generosity and kindness will never be forgotten.
