Best decision I’ve ever made. These lovely folks were fast, prompt, professional, and very kind. It is hard to declutter and downsize and it’s also hard to ask for help. They made what had been for me a paralyzingly difficult task very easy. It was like having Marie Kondo there in triplicate, helping me decide if items should stay or go. Over approximately 1.5 days, Consider It Done took three extremely problematic areas of my home and brought them back into the realm of “I can go in there again and not cry.” They came and looked at and photographed the areas, gave an estimate, which was far more reasonable than I had imagined, then returned and did the work quickly (no dawdling with these people!) and the final price came in significantly lower than was estimated. All donating, hauling, etc. was taken care of. I will be having them back for more rounds of downsizing (and a garage clean out). I highly recommend this service! Every aspect of our interactions with Consider It Done was fantastic. Cheryl worked with us and gave us all the information we needed to decide on the services we wanted from them. She was always great about maintaining contact and guiding us through the process of moving. The on-site team, led by Megan and including Sarah, Katie, Rebecca and Tara were unbelievable! Hard working, personable, efficient…it felt like having friends in the house, but they were doing all the work. Arrangements for our move, donations of unwanted belongings and cleaning were managed by this team. Even our cats loved the team members, and they are very discerning.
