Scheduled an appointment, technician never showed up. I called two days later to see what happened and finally someone showed up. He looked at my fireplace and said he would order the part for me and get back a hold of me the following Wednesday. Again, I never heard from them and now it's been well over a month. my fireplace still doesn't work. I'm disappointed this is not a reliable company in the area for plumbing :-/

Yard is gone now and never cane back to fix what they came to do while leaving the yard front and back destroyed and plumbing is still not working.... now sprinkler system was torn up by them and doesn't work. More is broke then was before I called over 6 months and can't get them to come back.
