I 100% recommend Daniel LeBel for any consumer disputes you may have. I had a huge problem with a particular dealership (during Covid no less) and I thought all hope was lost and I felt completely defeated. I had over $10,000 worth of wiring issues with my car that this dealership “fixed” off the books for me and my platinum warranty wouldn’t cover anything because everything had been “tampered with”. Don't hire him for family law. Can't speak to anything else, but was not successful in his own divorce and will overlay his perspective onto your situation. He led with performative empathy, then didn't do much other than hide behind limited scope. I was VERY clear about my goals and expectations before we ever did the dance that I ultimately relieved him from. I was never married and not dealing with any marital/separation issues, yet he reached back out to offer added "help with my divorce", months after I had dismissed him and the lost investment in my child.

Atty. Daniel T. LeBel is My Superhero! I was really stupid and I sent a money order to California for a hot tub. I thought I had done my research. I thought I had done my due diligence. But then in the end, I got excited about my new hot tub and I got stupid. After I realized I lost my money, I called a ton of lawyers. No one wanted to help me. As a last-ditch effort, I called a big consumer law firm in California who said my case was "too small" and then referred me to attorney LeBel. He asked me what I thought was fair. I said I would like to get my money back and they should pay you because it's not my fault I have to get a lawyer in the first place. He agreed. Then he got me my money back. I love this attorney.
