The reviews are phony. Two of them are the exact same guy (James Goodrich), and they're all friends of Paul's. I wouldn't take my truck to this shop if my life depended on it!

Paul ripped me out of $9,980. I towed my truck to his shop for an overhaul after an injector tip broke off and fell into the cylinder. I paid for that I thought was honest work, only to find out it was anything but honest. All he did was change the one injector, for almost $10K. He did NOTHING else!

A few months later I blew another injector (an old injector he never changed) and got my truck into another shop (in Detroit). I sat next to the guys in the shop and watched them take my engine apart. I was in shock to find parts that Paul's invoice said were changed/new with original manufacturing date stamps on them. When I called Paul to asked him about it, he said he would have to call me back because he didn't have time to talk. I have yet to get a call back from him. I also sent him certified letters that he refuses to sign for. Everything he claims he did, I had to redo.

The worst part of it all is that his brother (Bobby) stole EVERYTHING out of my truck. Cell phone chargers/cables, blankets (seriously, who steals someone's blanket?!), clothes, laptop, headsets, tools, fuel from my tanks. Pretty much everything that wasn't bolted or glued down. Only afterwards I found out this is something that happens often at Paul's shop and I'm not the only one this has happened to, which explains why Paul blew it off like it was no big deal when I brought up. "I'll have to ask around", he said. Not sure why I though I might actually get my stuff back. My laptop, if nothing else.

I feel stupid for having ever shaken hands and trusted this guy. Do NOT take your truck here!!!! If there's any human decency left on this earth, it isn't here.
I would attempt to overhaul my engine with nothing more than a screwdriver, on the side of the road, in a blizzard, with one arm tied behind my back before this shop ever saw any of my trucks again!

Paul, I'm sorry I ever knew you or trusted you. I thought you're a good human being and thought you were trying to help me out since I was down on my luck, but I was so very wrong. You kicked me while I was down.

As for Bobby, I hope you suffer in this life, and in the next, for everything you took from me that I'll never get back. I wish you a slow and agonizing death. I hope you think of me on your death bed and know that I'm going to smile the day I know you're finally in hell, where you belong.
