Attorney Hirschfield did everything he promised. In doing so impressed the Attorney I had for my house closing, because of how efficient he was.

Knowledgeable and Communicative through the whole process. A process that involved an eviction of a tenant who wouldn't leave after 6 months to be able to sell the house.

After Perley had expertly supported our family in a number of prior matters, C&A recently helped us fight, and win, a complex land use matter concerning newly legalized cannabis cultivation laws. C&A not only helped preserve the residential character of our neighborhood, but also helped us bring down the spite fence that was subsequently erected. In fact, in the latter matter, C&A also achieved a judgement where our legal fees were paid by the defendants. C&A had excellent communication and accessibility throughout this process.
