After another attorney took advantage of our 86 year old mother and revoked the trust and estate documents she had created 7 months prior causing a protracted legal battle between the family and the unscrupulous attorney and 4 meddling acquaintances of mom, we went to Mr. Gross to recreate her will, health care surrogate, a new trust and all the other related estate planning documents. The interfering attorney had left our mother intestate.

Adam took all the time needed, listened to mom and her children, created documents that protected her and her assets to the fullest extent possible and did it with extreme respect, patience, kindness and knowledge. Every question was answered and he made a difficult situation almost fun. There were laughs and kindnesses.
