Crystal has made me feel comfortable and more confident in dealing with the court system. She has done an amazing job at explaining each step and has been there to support me at each conference. She is an excellent advocate. If I need a lawyer again in the future, I would hire her for sure!

One of the most unprofessional lawyers I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs!! First meeting all he did was sit there and fiddle with his new tattoo on his arm, felt very unprofessional to do in a meeting setting. After almost 2 months of no contact from him or his office I called to complain and surprise surprise, that same day a 3 page document was magically created. The document had my wrong information on it. Funny that they drafted the retainer from my account same day though of meeting, of course. I then complained again and asked for an update on what was done and over 2 weeks later still have not heard a word. This is dealing with the safety of my children and his firm could not have cared any less. When I called to remove myself as a client and get my retainer back all he said was okay. Clearly did not care or have any professional courtesy.

Malpractice! I hired this company for a small legal matter and it was one of the worse mistakes I’ve ever made. They stuck me with a lawyer named crystal yautz who has no experience and probably just finished grad school and I was willing to give her a chance. However, instead of a lawyer working hard for her client they practically wanted me to work hard for crystal. She literally did absolutely nothing besides send an email or 2 that has nothing to do with my situation. They don’t listen to direction and they will take full advantage of your situation. They do not care about their clients. They only see a dollar sign. If you do end up going with this firm do not give them a retainer like I did. PAY AS YOU GO!! They literally did not do anything refused to submit evidence on my behalf and milked my whole retainer for emails. I do not mind paying people for hard work that is earned. However, they felt entitled to my hard earned money which is absolutely disgusting. They felt like they can do absolutely nothing with my case and just take my money. That is not right! Crosson & Richetti you guys are thieves and literally the worst dis functional, sloppy lawyers I’ve witnessed to date.

I hired this law firm for a huge life change for me and my 2 children, custody modification, and relocation. I would strongly recommend this firm. The staff was very up to date, if they didn't know the answer they would let you know and get back right away, it helps so much when you are so anxious going through the court system. Tracy was always pleasant and helpful. Attorney Crosson was great! He was very understanding of circumstance and doesn't sugarcoat, He is very compassionate and puts you at ease. I'm highly grateful for this firm!

I just have to thank Jennifer Bolivar and Ian Richetti for all they did to prepare for my custody trial. Jenny handled the majority of my case and is so detail oriented which I felt helped tremendously when going to trial. The amount of time and effort she put into it meant the world to me. I contacted this law firm when I still pregnant as I anticipated what was to come and wanted to understand my rights, options, and have a good lawyer on hand when my child was born. I chose them based on their positive reviews and pricing, which I felt was fair given their quality of service. I felt their service quality was affirmed at the first consultation. I had the pleasure of working with David Crosson who helped me when I was pregnant and after my child was born. He is timely with his responses, answers questions and explains things in a clear and concise manner. He is straightforward, knowledgeable, and honest with what are realistic outcomes and how to best achieve what you're hoping to get, if possible. He is mindful of not taking more time than necessary as he tries to help while incurring the least amount of expense for you. He is personable while maintaining professionalism. He was willing to give me the option of going on a payment plan to put money in escrow when I was still pregnant since it would be financially easier for me as well as since my baby was not born yet; I would have to wait until I could further utilize his services anyway. I greatly appreciated his willingness to be flexible. I strongly recommend working with David and my child and I thank him greatly for all he's helped us with.
