I reached out for a packet for my LO in late 2022 and they told me he would see parole soon. Really soon. My guy was "not ready to come home" and 1 day before he was voted yes, he caught a major case! Mrs. Shirley notified me and what was supposed to be a happy moment for all of us, was in fact nothing but the opposite. His parole was revoked 6 months later, and he sat in TDCJ 'working on himself' for a year and half after!

When my LO became Line 1 and eligible again, she reached out to let me know. Which I was surprised about that since I figured their service ended when parole was revoked. The day came he was voted on and she called to let me know the parole voted yes, a second time around and gave me all the details. I don't know anyone in this field would have done that...taken the time to update me on all the details that follow and answer all the questions and concerns I have. For sure Mrs. Shirley is an asset to D&D and I like how she made me feel comfort from him losing parole the first time to being overjoyed with me the second time around! Thank you!

Man when I say Ms. Shirley is the truth, please believe me. That woman's customer service is A-1 from the beginning til the very end. She's very genuine and wants the best for everyone. Hands down, the best team ever! They don’t quit and they don’t give up. They helped us get a 4-year set-off reviewed again and got the approval for the FI-6R program granted. They do it all for you and keep you in the loop of the updates and what’s really going on behind the scenes that we clearly know nothing about. Thank you to everyone who worked our case, especially Ms. Josie for her kindness and tolerance when we asked a million and one questions on a daily basis; she always politely replied that the system is not on fast track and that we all must wait and we will call you as soon as there is an answer and she did just that.
