Look up his history with the Alaska Supreme Court, as well as the BAR Association. Hell, look him up on court view. Cant seem to respect the law or pay debts he owes. He is well known for being unethical and incompetent. Find a lawyer with a better track record.

First off, I could not have asked for better people in my corner, I hired a prior attorney for my divorce, and he did NOTHING! He took my money and basically wasted months with no end in site. I called Darryls office and the same day he had me come in and Ashley his paralegal went to work on my case. It was such a relief to have my questions being answered and honestly it was nice to be put in check when I called being a brat. I definitely will always recommend going to Daryl Jones especially if you get Ashley to work your case you have a real life, Beth Dutton. She is a force to be reckoned with and that means a lot especially when they are fighting for you. Thank you so much for giving me a second chance to rebuild my life and thank you for fighting for what was right!

My husband and I both hired him for our two separate custody cases. The communication is absolutely terrible, if you hire him, you will rarely talk to him at all, 95% of all communication will be with his paralegal and she may or may not respond. Many responses won’t include the answers to your questions but some questions for you. I would recommend being on top of finding things out through court view if you decide to hire. This is the best way to know what’s happening in your case. You will often hear they are very busy and have many deadlines for other cases, as if that’s your problem. The billing is ridiculous too, you will hear your account is up to date and then suddenly you’ll owe a lot of money and there will be no real work done on your case as it was pretty much closed out.

Darryl office has helped me so much over the years! If I called and Darryl wasn’t available his paralegals were super helpful and if they didn’t know have the answers to my questions they would get back to me as soon as they figured it out. Darryl always ensured I was prepared for anything the other parties had and how to respond with what was best for my family. Very thankful for them.

I hired Jones for a DV case, needless to say he folded and was more worried about me paying him then my actual case. I was pressured to take a plea deal as he didn’t review my case at all. I think I would have been better off getting a public defender lawyer. Don’t waste your money. I asked for some simple documents on my case I was told from his workers it would take 3 months to find it, which is unbelievable. I ended up calling the court and they got me the document my lawyer was supposed to have all with in 30 min of getting off the phone with his staff. I wasted so much money pretty much donated free money to this guy for less then 6 hours of actual work. To sum it up, this is by far one of the worst decisions I’ve made in my life. Oh and he doesn’t talk or is always busy, so be ready to have your calls ignored or answered with short answers. Most of my calls were 2 minutes or less. Get the picture.
