Laura was very professional, I explained to her what happened. She assured me that there was more than 90% chance that they would buy the car back gave her the information gave her pictures. She communicated through the entire process the day before I was supposed to turn it into the Dodge dealer she went over everything that was going to happen. They were going to inspect a car and I would get a check that day. Do not hand the title over to the car until you have Check in hand, I would highly recommend them 5 Stars hands down.

Had been talking with the manufacturer for about a month to do a buyback but did not reach the desired outcome and was not satisfactory. After talking with Dave and his team in about one month a settlement was reached and surrendered the vehicle with a full buyback the following month.
The team is very helpful and answers all questions. The team found it hard to reach the surrender company but the experience was easy and straightforward when it finally did happen. The full buyback was agreed upon by the manufacturer and the manufacturer paid the legal fees. Will recommend to anyone else who has had issues with cars under manufacturer warranty.

David Gorberg & Associates lemon law office efficiently handled all the paperwork and David explained to me about the settlement I was getting. I was not in Agreement when David and I spoke about the settlement. He explain the amount I would be receiving, so I was initially refusing the amount, I was no longer interested in pushing forward with the case.
